Didn't they let him off because he had a dislocated elbow or something?
Basically he's gaining an advantage because of a deformity...which I guess has to be accepted.

When he bowls an authentic leg spinner ,

there is no question in his action as he doesnt straighten his arm or flick his wrist.

The same issue with Shoaib AKhtar ,

the faster he tries to bowl the more he throws the ball.</p>

Its all well and good going through sessions whereby you dont have the pressure of a match situation, but they are not tested in match conditions.</p>

 

Great bowler, undoubtedly. Probably more dangerous than Warne now, but the two of them at their peak? Warne would be the man.

 

Good as he is , if they stuck to the rules as they were then ,

he would be banned from bowling.

 

So would many more people.

That super slow mo demonstrates how few people actually deliver the ball with a straight arm.

 

Thus they should be banned then.

If they cant bowl with a striaght arm then its quite simple, you can't bowl.</p>

How Malinga gets away with the throws he does I have no idea. He actually does throw it side arm like a baseball pitch, its ridiculous.</p>

What about their other guy whose arm doesn't go over but more like a 90 degree angle out when he bowls?!
