    People please show him respect. I read some comments off two people that annoyed me. He's one of the best sport persons on the Planet. Fitness levels are immense. Skill level very good.

    So what if he doesn't like speaking to the media, or he once had a bit of banter with a FRIEND. The media like to hit it with it and so did i think the posters called JEDI??? who didn't only make me angry reading it but he was saying things Murray never said. It was Banter, watch the doc on the BBC iplayer site and you will see that.

    I think he actually does MRX.
    He seems to be getting a lot more support from the crowds since the Gold medal. At last years Wimbledon the crowd at times weren't even on is side.

    I think he's progessed from being a nearly man to a real competitor, who stands a good chance of winning every tournament he enters.

    Got to admire him for that

    She says he has no joy to be doing the thing he loves and will get to her age and regret not enjoying it more. I said he's a modern sportsman, who is focused like a robot and she told me to bugger off. :D

    Sorry to be repeating myself, but go watch the Doc on the iplayer site. He on that seems to be enjoying his self. Watch the Fight against Cancer??? at Queens and you'll see he really enjoys tennis but to WIN and that's what he hes paid to do he needs to be the way he is.

    There was something on the radio (or in the paper, or on a web site - I'm getting on and I forget my sources . . . and I also ramble . . .) about how we talk about how important it is for modern sports people to be "in the zone" and totally focussed and then after the event we immediately want to know "what were you thinking at so-and-so point during the event?"

    I don't mind him, I'll be cheering him on in the final. I think he should be an even bigger *****, scare off those horrid Tory middle Englanders before they turn him into Tim Henman.

    Janowicz had him in his pocket tonight though and should have hammered him. He beat himself though by being a bigger mardy arse than Andy, bleating on about the light and roof instead of concentrating on the match. Young n daft.

    I thought it took time for Murray to figure him out. He's different but once Murray got to understand his Strengths and weaknesses he was always going to put him away quickly after.

    Murray's the best return of server in Tennis, better than Djokovic Federer and Nadal ...... so it was a matter of time. When not if...

    got to admit I felt sorry for the guy when some prat shoves a microphone up his nose when he hasn't had time to draw breath. ( not just him any sportsman, just imagine if you've had a tawt of a shift and get that)

    He's got one so far but it isn't all about getting GrandSlams, it about winning winning and winning and getting to be world number one. Hopefully he'll do that.
