Illegally? If you're just after single tracks I use Youtube, best music collection on the internet. www.vidtomp3.com
You can also use offliberty.com , it'll rip songs off YouTube or soundcloud. If you want albums try mega-search.me. You can also search for films on there
I'm desperate to get a copy of, "Freaky Teeth" by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds but can't find it anywhere bar Youtube, 'tis a bugger.
I like isohunt for finding torrents. That is I would if I ever downloaded things illegally, but I don't...
Takes a couple of seconds and you don't need to download anything. Just copy and paste the youtube link in. It automatically saves files in your downloads folder.
It's not exactly the same thing in my opinion. I often download albums before I buy them. If I like what I'm hearing, then I'm happy to spend my money on it... If I don't, then I'll save my money for something else.
No worries, I'll break into your house tonight and rob your telly, see what you've got to say then. lovely person
Go on then try and break into my house !!! That should be fun !!! In fact I will leave the door unlocked for you.
Technically downloading music is a civil offence, whereas stealing food from a supermarket is a criminal offence. There are arguments that downloading is actually increasing music sales, but the record companies are using the downturn in sales due to the recession to support their arguments against it. They should move with the times and offer download packages to people, maybe something like: £10 month unlimited downloads of old music (>1 year old) £10 month unlimited downloads of new music on release (<1 year old)
