must admit i wasn't impressed with the Flitcroft appointment to say the least, BUT...

After I went to the game on Tuesday (and also the results before that) the team is playing some really good stuff, nothing like a team in the bottom three.
Was so impressed Tuesday with the commitment throughout the squad , the transformation that Flitcroft and this Mellon dude as made is remarkable.
Dagnall to me was my man of the match although that could have gone to almost any of them.
Playing like we did Tuesday, we have a great chance of getting out of this mess that MR Hill as left us in.

So in short, yes Flitcroft and co is a good appointment, if we do go down, I think he will be the best bet to get us back to the championship.
Also the difference between Flickers and Mellon compared to Hill on the touchline is worlds apart.
