M'Voto... impressive so far

    watching a live stream, and listening to player... Bit weird as the stream is about 20 or so seconds behind Player. However I am seeing M'Voto as our missing link... he has impressed me... I have to wonder as to exactly how high the standard the opposition are. Are they Championship quality, if so then I reckon we are in for a very decent season for once.

    there more mid-lower prem.... the guy who scored is a full czech international with 80+ caps

    They look like a very organised side. Will probably rely on fast counter attacks second half and keep it tight. Having said that, we've had a squeek or two in the first half and have passed reasonable well.
    Tight game - unusual for a friendly but just what we need.
    Complete new team out for 2nd half!!

    Bit disappointed we had a complete new team 2nd half..... I'm sure we wouldn't have conceded so quickly with the same team as the first half.

    I agree to a certain extent.... but that's why we have more than just a couple of pre-season games.
    I know we take it one half at a time but...

    Just saying it's a shame - we were looking pretty decent bar a few tweaks.

    A great club, and one whose results I have followed since I lived in Bordeaux between 1977 and 1983. In spite of continuing my support for BFC in purchasing a season ticket, I would watch Les Girondins probably14 times a season compared to watching Barnsley a mere 2-4 times at home.
