Deadline was set for a response, no response received, I think a case of the agent trying it on. Not shuker (probably), but he prob was advised not to respond and try and hold the club to ransom. But tuff titty. You had a deadline, you failed to meet with a response one way or another. unlucky, bye bye... PS, you still can't cross a feckin ball..
