Not the best, just the most enjoyable.... Derek Bell v Grimsby 1979 Ronnie Glavin at Sheff W 1983 (?) Brian Howard at Liverpool 2008 Adam Hammill at Wembley v Millwall 2016 Clark Oduor at Brentford 2020 (honourable mention to C Marcelle) .. though Hammill's was probably the best too.
I'm thinking of goals that meant something to you and sent you to a happy world of orgasmic excitement. Just about . So as to speak. You may be a purist.
I must admit, a more recent one, Angus MacDonald's last minute equaliser against Wednesday 2017(ish), delighted me so much so, that I was severely poorly at the time, still jumped up & celebration and then had excruciating stomach pain for hours afterwards.... Worth it!
Carl Dickinson against Cardiff too, 2009/10 season. Free kick. Not a very good one, but 93+ stoppage time goal, loved it. Fairly certain that was first time we beat Cardiff for a good while!
All my favourites are from about 2004/5 onwards. I've seen a lot of the past, but since you say favourite, obviously mine will be very recent since I saw in person/emotions etc! Loved Jason Scotland's indirect free kick from inside the penalty box. 2012? 13?
Clint Marcelle v Bradford Darren Barnard v Huddersfield Neil Thompson v Charlton Ashley Ward v Spurs Scott Jones v Manchester United
I'd probably go with something similar. Maybe swap Archdeacon v Leicester for one of the bottom three
