Why was Reeva fully dressed when she was found by the first officer on the scene with bullet holes through the clothing? Why was there three bullet cartridges found in the bathroom when he said he shot from a good few metres away? Why did Pistorius claim they went to bed but a witness has come forward saying there was lights on all night and arguments up until 3am but the shooting happened at 3.15am? Why was there unlicensed guns in their house of which didn't belong to Pistorius? Guilty as sin
Ah! but... Fully dressed? - black vest and short pants 3 cartridges in bathroom? - how? if shot through a locked door (according to police) Arguing until 3 am? According to unidentified witness that was supposed to be 600m away then changed to 300m unlicensed guns? No - unlicensed ammunition Basically, don't believe anything that is reported about this case. OJ markII.
Because she slept with her clothes on Because as Oscar said he shot through the closed and locked bathroom door How trust worthy is the witness, havent you ever gone to sleep with the lights on. Oscar says he was scared as people have been in house before, he has no legs on when hes sleeping and feels very vulnerable, which he is correct guilty as in he shot his girlfriend dead. No one knows whats being happening in there lives except them.
It was so dark that he couldn't see whether she was still in bed or not, but managed to find his prosthetics and the pistol okay.
he didnt have his legs on when he shot my friend, pistol was at side of bed where it all ways is. he put his legs on after he had called for help off his balcony. And i know that my father in law can put his leg on in the dark hes 83 and has alzheimers.
Nobody on here knows the facts at all. What is being reported varies from source to source. He wasn't wearing his legs and had the gun at the side of his bed as he'd had previous intruders. I've no idea if he is guilty or not and neither can anyone else at the moment!
Well said bright i said same. We know hes guilty because he has admitted shooting her but didnt realise it was her. People are good at hearing what they want to hear and are blinkered by the rest of the facts
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... so youv'e supposedly got an intruder who has locked themselves in the bathroom and you feel so threatened that you shoot the fkers through same locked door, yeah right. Also a lot has been made of this dark thing, are we to be led to believe tht given everything else he's done he couldn't flick a light switch. Story stinks to high heaven IMHO but lets see eh/
Just his own statement - he went to the balcony to get a fan and shewas in bed, he came back in, heard a noise in the bathroom so fired 3 shots through the door! **** me, if I did that every time I heard a noise when I thought ar lass was elsewhere in the house I'd have been locked up long ago!
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... I dont know how the story is getting reported in the UK but here is very good, the so called intruder hadnt locked himself in the bathroom,Oscar stated he had come in through a bathroom window. it wasnt until he went to the bathroom door he knew it was locked.
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... It's not really surprising that the press coverage in the USA is more sympathetic. The fact is none of us have a clue, and won't until the full trial.
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... the coverage here isnt sympathetic towards him at all the news are live on the scene and report everything as it is said unlike most of the time in the UK where they report what they want you to here
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... Just for confirmation, are you saying the US media are better than that of the UK?
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... He's guilty as hell. Unless of course his girlfriend regularly locks herself in the bathroom when there are only the two of them in the room
Re: He hasn't a leg to stand on... Facts: 1. The toilet door was locked. Highly unusual when only her and her lover where in the room and it was the middle of the night. 2. He was stood (on his stumps) facing the bed and 'walked' directly up to the bed, reached under it and pulled out a pistol. He found the pistol in the dark whilst facing the bed yet couldn't tell that his girlfriend wasn't in it despite the fact that he was shouting her and looking for a reaction. 3. In the dead of night with no other sound around he was shouting her yet there was no response from her at all? Is she deaf? 4. His statement claims that he 'walked' out of the bedroom, onto the balcony, picked up a fan and brought it inside and then closed the patio doors, the blinds and then the curtains, all on his stumps because ' I have mobility on my stumps.' This suddenly changes to "I felt trapped as my bedroom door was locked and I have limited mobility on my stumps." Good enough mobility to do a bit of housekeeping and cleaning at 3am on his stumps, good enough mobility to close sliding doors, blinds and curtains but not good enough mobility to unlock the door?
