    Nicely balanced article JT. The success of our academy lads, I think, will depend on us either retaining or recruitment some experienced and honest pros. Our last promotion side at that level had a nice mix if memory serves me right - Howard, Hayes, Burns, McPhail etc, alongside Austin, Kay, occasionally Tonge.

    Agree with everything there mate. It all depends on our recruitment, wouldn't be surprised if the entire first eleven is different next season so it's all about getting the right players in with the right attitude which is sometimes more luck than judgement.
