My body doesnt feel my own..

    Well after a great night, hmmm a hard but fun night with Fit REDS, i had to be up at 4am for work for a 14 hr shift.. i kinda ache.. i'm looking forward to Round 2 with the lads, and for Curtis (Sheriff) to help me through it again as i was kinda dying..lol

    So why don't some of you sign up for the next one, trust me the guys there are brilliant and if you get any problems they do their best to help you through it and reassure you in everyway.. brilliant.


    So Curtis you ready for Round 2 mate :)

    Red tape dictates that despite the fact I was born and bred in Barnsley and have paid national insurance for the last 34years, the fact that I now live 15 minutes down the M1 and don't fall into the right funding pot, I'm not allowed to do it. What a load of ballaxx

    It's not a load of ballax to those that go. And I DON'T make the rules. So errm if I want to talk about this scheme then I will. Don't like it mate. Easy "ignore user" really does work.

    Glad you enjoyed it Ady, it wasn't ideal circumstances with the Israeli's being there and not letting us access the full facilities but I don't think it hindered things too much. All feedback is appreciated good and bad so we can keep improving the course.

    The criteria is; Male, over 35's and living in Barnsley. For anyone wanting to join the next course is full so it would be the first course after Christmas. Rothred, do you know anyone with a Barnsley address? ;o)

    I'm sure Rothred would love to be part of that.... as much as I would love to be part of a Fit Deedars group. :)

    In fact, I might just set up an "Unfit Exiles" group just for the hell of it.

    To be fair mate, I think we dragged each other through it!

    Had just got over the inevitable aches and pains today, then did a couple of hours of decorating and they're back with a vengeance! Who'd have thought holding a paint roller could hurt my thighs quite so much :(
