There were pro McCann reports that the Portugese police are trying to plant it on them so the tourism doesn't suffer through all the bad press. But my question is will it? I mean I can imagine people now more than ever wanting to book an holiday to the same resort, through curiousity.

Think About It....... whenever the news as a huge story, tourism to that place seems to go up. Like ground zero gets in extra tourists in New York. Places publicised in the press makes some people want to visit more. Personally I wouldn't wish to go to the Portugese resort this is taking place in, but I bet others would.

What I'm Saying.......... is people are usually facinated by a crime scene and that because of it they might wish to visit themselves.

Going to Ground Zero is a little bit different, firstly people go there who are in New York anyway rather than going to New York specifically, secondly there is a memorial and people go to pay their respects rather than the ghoulish thing you are suggesting may happen in Portugal. Yes, there may be some sick people who go out of curiosity but I suspect that will be a very low number and won't offset the people that may be put off if they feel it isn't a safe place.
RE: My last 3 holidays The Chernobyl one, does that also include the full radiation suit or is it recommended to take your own? I know some of these foreign radiation suits have different sizing to UK sizes and you don't know who's been sweating in them.
