    thoght he said it was in his contract that he wasnt allowed to talk to another club?

    hence probably why hes pissed off.

    .... I don't want the instability of another managerial change and I really like the bloke and appreciate the job that he has done up to about September 2006 but it is apparent that his loyalty to the current squad is greater than his desire to keep us in this division and the thought of going back into Pub League One after just one season in the Championship is not a happy one.

    I also don't like his 'honest' view that we will never win the cup and won't ever get to the Premiership, because that just takes away the point of our clubs very existence and the point of the fans turning up every week. It's like playing snooker on a table with no pockets, if there's no chance of potting the balls, why keep knocking them around the table?

    Never thought of the lack of ambition as you describe a game of snooker, but its a very good analysis.
