    i had my part hanging off finger sown back on last Sunday

    i would love a drink but i am on that many drugs i dont know what would happen

    cazi,i did it at work,lifting a roller onto a fork lift fork,crushed and nearly severd left index finger,just stitches in my right index finger,result 4days in Bradford royal plastic surgery ward

    not at first ok now,i think i am having the stitches out on monday,plus all this footie and tennis as well as cricket is driving me mad...................not.</p>

    how did the interview go?</p>

    should get enough compo for a new plasma television,the biggest they have in the shop.

    I'm not sure how the interview went to be honest. Interviewing ended today so should hear soon whether I was succesful or not.

    what was you doing lifting something onto the forks?

    Any particular reason why you were doing it?</p>

    yes the roller had dropped of the forks as there was no locking device and there was no room to either get another forklift in or any lifting device,also there is no procedures or risk assessments been drawn up.=££££££££££££££££££££££££££

    About 5k.

    You might get a better deal with talking to your companies insurance agent direct.

    Getting in a solicitor / blame claim team will cost the insurance co about £30k which you could negotiate a slice of if it's an open and shut case.

    I'll check out the matrix at work and let you have a closer estimate.

    have a look on the matrix at 2 severed nerves a severed tendon and a broke finger,plus disfigurement, pain and suffering
