His contract is up in the summer and other clubs know we are a selling club and that they could probably get him for a song. I hope I'm wrong but we may just have seen him in a Barnsley shirt for the last time.
Massive credit to Keith Hill for taking a chance on him in the summer And the club did exactly the right thing by just offering a one year contract. The lad was a gamble. But it's been apparent for a couple of months now that the gamble had paid off, so I'm very surprised another contract hasn't been on the table for a while now.
