Because he gave me a lift to sheffield and back he says he doesnt now
he says "It would have cost you £30 to get back in taxi"
plus there was 2 other mates in the car too, probably not charging them £20..
It's a pathetic excuse, and totally unfair...

Any ideas anyone?

indeed He's got a better job then all my mates, and myself but he's always skint...
How low can he get charging me £20

Next time you give him a lift anywhere charge him in fact start charging him for anything that you do for him that would have cost him if he had to hire someone to do it.
if he sees the error of his ways then good ... if not, you're better off without him

It's sorted now I gave him a ballocking, and we've agreed that he owes me £15...
I've told him that i'll pay £5 towards the petrol
Cheers everyone

RE: It's sorted now 15 minutes ago he owed me nothing, so it's a massive improvement...
I guess £5 towards petrol money is fair tho

RE: It's sorted now if he was making the journey any way then there should be no cost. That's the way I do it. Anyone who then wants to 'tip up' is welcome, but that's up to them.
