    she is of a mind that the Scottish MPs should only have voting rights in Scotland ??
    Are English or Welshmen allowed to be Scottish MPs, anybody know .

    have to be a uk passport holder though so if he did he could. the US have a law which states that if ya not born in the US ya can't be president but that dunt apply here

    Trouble is England doesn't have a parliament, Scotland does, Welsh do and the Ulster lot would have one if they behaved themselves.
