fair play to the guy he's been to most games this season..... and only started watchin the reds this year after being a long suffering newcastle fan!

A f*ckin kick in teeth to people who queued for hours only to see those prices sell out

Again the club has absolutley disgraced itself and continues to do so at a rate that should we get relegated deserves to lose season ticket sales by the 100's

tbh Those tickets were only made available by the FA other day, its not exactly the Clubs fault.

Either way they would've upset someone

Be it you for accepting the tickets or someone without a ticket who wanted one.

    Don't talk B*ll*cks

We should have turned down the opportunity of more tickets, when some people didn't manage to get any?

Some people are never fecking happy.

Keep on taking it pal, keep on buying a season ticket like me for no reward except

a cheaper average price per home game, renew it for fourteenth year running, keep spending same amount as a ticket a year on travel coming down to all games, keep showing that level of commitment only to get no privelage at all for all money you've put up front over years

Aye thats right mate i talk bollax, i'll just sit back and be happy someone who use to support Newcastle Utd of all teams wanders up and gets a 55 pounder bang on half way line

Yeah your right im never happy

I can't make my mind up on this one.

I really feel sorry for those that queued for hours, prepared to pay for £55 seats only to be told that none were left and they would have to opt for the £25 ones. Having said that, the club didn't know that any more would be allocated than orignally stated.

We shouldn't refuse the offer of more seats if we can sell them should we?

    exactly

First day 5 hour queue and was told no £55, £45 or £35 tickets left under ANY circumstances, got seats right in the corner of the upper tier, worst possible part of the ground.

Somebody having to provide nothing at all gets £55 seats just like that.

    however cazi

the club must have known when they closed the turnstyle on the first day with people stood queuing that they hadnt sold out as they put seats in these areas back on sale the next ay and the day after that, right up to the stage where stubs were being used.

I have to ask why did this happen? Why didnt they then allow people in £25 areas to swap seats as owen has already said that people were allowed to give seats back (i was told this was not an option under any circumstance) if I had known this was allowed I would have returned my **** seats and swapped them for the best ones in the stadium

I'll see what my £25 seat is like

I queued for about 10 minutes.

£55 is FAR too much to pay for a football match.

Why have the club "disgraced themselves"

These were additional tickets they got later that they did not know they'd get!
