    At a time when things are not going well for the club on the field, the club needs leadership and direction from a board of directors. It seems that this issue has been avoided in order that decisions can be made by proxy on an ad hoc basis.

    This position cannot continue. The club and the supporters need clarity as to who is leading the club and what direction the club is taking.
