My summation of today's press releases...

Overall good news I think...

Although Howard has always given his all and seems to love it here you can't help but expect people like him leave so brilliant that he's staying.

The season review is excellent and suggests HOPEFULLY some ambitious signings in the summer...

Of those released, shame about Ant but again, who knows exactly what's happened. I've always rated Ozzie, though possibly a lack of pace costs him at this level a tad... though he's never let us down. The part of the review where it talks about pace I feel may be aimed at the full back areas in particular. Tongey's allus done alright, but that's it - all right. Nowt special, though I wouldn't have minded if he'd stayed.

Season ticket prices are spot on I'd say, an increase that over 2 years is only just above inflation and hopefully will provide a bit more money to spend on the team - which we'd all like.

Finally, the bit about not speaking about players until their signed - excellent. Some people'll moan because there's no news and rumours etc, but it's better than building hopes up only to see them dashed.

Didn't mention out about Colgan, Lucas and Hayes though!! I would like us to try and get Lewin N and Kyle Reid back on loan if not 2/3 year contracts!!

 

Just hoped we are not promised box office signings and then let down again! all you can ask for is decent signings who give 100%
