Leaving it until after the end of season always means the player has been branded about by the agent to cover the player in a worst case scenario I presume. So by now if players have not signed I doubt they will.
It was the club's choice to leave it till after the season though which makes sense because they didn't know which league we would be in. I also think a lot of them will now wait to make sure Flicker signs before committing themselves.
