To start with, someone will always be unhappy about any ticket allocation if their personal circumstances happens to keep them out of the first tranche of tickets available. Personally I don't really see what more BFC could do. 1st round - Scnuthorpe away - pay on the gate - no ticket stubs given out - BFC therefore has no record of who attended 2nd round - Bradford City away - pay on the gate - vouchers given out after the match for the re-staging - BFC no record of who attended 3rd round - York City home - BFC sold tickets in advance therefore have record of SOME who attended 4th round - Wigan away - BFC sold tickets in advance - therefore have record of SOME of those who attended For myself I've been to every game so far this season but couldn't order my tickets online today as I paid on the gate for the York City game. I therefore either have to go to ticket office and show stubs and pay a booking fee or wait until Wednesday when I can order online by BFC having proof (on my computerised account) I bought ticket for Wigan away. It's not perfect but how else would you do it? If BFC did away with computerised records and we revert to queueing round the car park on a first come basis, is that really fair to the supporters who regularly travel from York, Selby, London even ? I think the club frequently get things wrong, but on this one I think it's about right.
Good post. As for our lot there was mix of who has been to York and Wigan and pay on date and lost/binned stub and bought on pass. More interested on alternate days it may be on - Mon, Wed or Thu. Got plans for Mon
