I too would like to see Tonge given a game in central midfield but you wouldn't even have a place on the bench for the man that most people though was MOTM? Perhaps you were thinking he should be rested in view of all the effort he put in on Saturday?

Burns would not be om my 16. I just dont rate the guy. Yes he runs around alot he just isnt very effective.
Yes but only on the left in the short term as he can put decent crosses in the box. When Howard is fit and Kell, Mcphail would not be in my team. I would select him as he would provide more balance
I agree that Austin cant stay at left back much longer. However we have been struggling down the left all season , and combining Williams with McPhail is just asking for more trouble.
