Julia Bradburry, tight jeans, bent over a wall, stunning views of the Peak District in the background.

A pint of Erdinger in a countryside pub beer garden, sun shining, light breeze, sound of a peacock in the background.

Loads of kids where we live, especially in the school holidays. Playing on their bikes, coming back from playing footy at the rec etc, nearly all of them say "Hi" when we walk past. I say "Hi" back. Job done. Girlfriend is impressed because it looks like I am 'maternal'. However, when I go jogging, cycling, walking in the countryside around Holmfirth, I say "Hi" to other adults, and you will be staggered at how many people just ignore you. Fair enough some might be deaf, but I reckon some are tight up, miserable, ignorant people. We can learn a lot from kids, they are happy, friendly, and couldn't give a ****.

This morning, applying butter to a slice of toast, and then attempting to spread philadelphia over it, It was probably a culinary mistake. A ball ache at least.

Thought Richard Rufus had a **** game for Charlton.
