looked great in 1st half, shouldve converted possession into chances and goals. Roeder made a tactical change in 2nd and Dublin dropped deeper to boss the game. Our midfield looked tired and that's a worry. Togwell shouldve come on for McCann to add some energy, Hassell and Foster looked shattered and our lack of cover needs addressing. Fair play to Norwich, they looked a good side in 2nd half, the first goal was a quality move and Dion is still a handful. We need a combative left back and a fully match fit Hassell at right back. Van H, Mostto and McCann are simply not good enough.
2nd canny manager to make the difference in 2nd half in recent games. Formally Davey had some choices & delayed making them, now he lacks the choices. Still he's learning the lesson I hope. I doubt the players we need to rebuild the spine of the team are available tho
Personally, I think we desperately need Foster to return to RB. The best right back we've had in a long time. That means bringing in another centre half. Be it Nyatanga (who, in my opinion we are missing a lot more than people thought) or someone else.
RE: 2nd canny manager to make the difference in 2nd half The loan players have been replaced by players that just not up to this league I am sure Davey knows that. He will also know some of buys are shocking lets hope we get some more in next week.
