For all your lot wanting Big Mick back, get a grip of thee sens, he wont come to Barnsley, he will want to manage a team with Cash something we have not got.. Keith Hill has been adequate, but has also had alot of bad luck through injuries. No-one was saying this when we were smashing Leeds 4-1?? Vaz te left on the day before deadline day leaving him 1 day to replace him. Yesterday showed the gulf of Money between the 2 clubs. I suspect Nolans 50k wage is more than our entire squad. Some fans need to get their heads out of La La land.

Got to agree Dave, I think it's more wishful thinking than reality.

The gulf in wages cannot be used as an excuse for yesterdays heartless and pathetic performance.

    Macca at Wolves - 500k p.a. min.

Hill with us - 100k p.a. if that.

Macca will not devalue his stock by ever taking those wages at a League One club.

Is it an excuse, its never an excuse you could clear see the difference in quality between both sets of players.

People are saying we lacked effort. Well personally I think the effort was there but the players just aren't good enough to match a far superior team.

Have to agree with offspring. We huffed and puffed yesterday but are toothless and clueless in the final third. We have no courage or conviction in going forward. No play maker that is obvious (tired of reading the same old same old on here). Can't fault the effort of the team but we must have the most immobile front line in the division

We have just reached our level right now and we have just got to live with that fact. At least we will have a viable team to watch next year and the sooner we get to our level which ever division we are in the more entertaining and enjoyable experience it will be to watch. Roller coaster goes up and it goes down. Has done for years and will continue to do so. Keep smiling everybody!!
