Thought I would share this as I had a really good day with the family, Firstly, yeah is does only take and hour or so to get around, But I paid £10.75, (cheaper if booked online) But that allows me a years entrance to the Deep for another year so I dont think I can complain too much, worth doing as then is a cheap day out, £3 for car parking Around the corner from the deep there a 2-4-1 pub on all meals, and they did some really nice food aswell so I would def recommend you going if you go to the deep to call in there and have something to eat (I had a chicken breast covered in Chilli Con Carne) Oh I shown my son one of the P and O Ferries to him saying he wants to go on it on a mini cruise Priced it up for 4x Adults 1x 5 year old and a baby inc coach transfers and all meals for only £395, how good is that. anyway that was my day and really enjoyed some good family time Cheers Kev b
I went to the new Deep in Cornwall, that opened over the weekend. It was on this random street and it was a bit **** really. All they had was a few tables and chairs floating along in the water passed the window...
We've been twice, really good day out as you say. Waiting till they get the penguins in for our next visit though
To quote Laura (whilst she was laughing), "He doesn't change, does he? Oh, and send him my love". So I have done.
I try not to Kev, I try not to! lol Send my love to Laura. I'm surprised she can remember us all on here after all the partying and drinking those young 'uns get up to these days!
I will, old mate. Aargh! Don't say that! I'm convinced she's in her room ALONE every night studying Forensic Science AND NOTHING ELSE! I've told her she's not gone to university to enjoy herself. So, obviously, she's doing exactly what her Dad has told her! Straw, clutch!
Blue Planet Aquarium is a better option than the deep in my opinion. And 10 mins from Chester Zoo too. We stayed over and did both in following days. Took my niece and she loved them both.
