Davey's post match comments - woeful. For whatever reason a lack of professionalism resulting in getting sent to the stands is pathetic. Yes I would prefer a manager that shouted on the sidelines but he's got to remember he represents the club and getting sent off is unforgiveable. And what good is a manager that is tucked up away in the stands. Hope he gets fined by the club like any player would. Also, the referee didn't lose us the game tonight, he and the players did. Take it on the chin, stand up for your responsibilites and apologise for what sounds like a **** performance. Davey in general - no point in getting shut of him now at this stage of the season. If we go down he needs to go. If we stay up he needs to go. He has taken the club as far as he can and while I am prepared for him to see the season out he should do the honourable thing and go at the beginning of May no matter what. Give the players a break, get a new management team in and give them pre-season to start re-building then hit the ground coming in September. Quality of players - better than it has been for some time but we need an old fashioned central midfielder who can control a game a la Redfearn. I know they're few and far between but I think that's where we're missing out. We need a consistent performer not a one in three merchant. Mr T - brilliant opportunity to use this. Our people need to speak to his people and get something in place. Also, a phone call to Snickers would be an idea. That's all for now.
