BARNSLEY boss Andy Ritchie has today insisted that striker Daniel Nardiello will not be leaving Oakwell despite interest from League One rivals Yeovil Town. The Glovers are keen to take the former Manchester United hitman on loan but Andy has this afternoon stressed that Daniel is going nowhere. Speaking exclusively to www.barnsleyfc.co.uk, Andy said: "I had a phone call earlier today from Yeovil about Daniel and whether we would be willing to let him out but he is not going anywhere. We need him here for the run in. "Daniel is not going anywhere. To be honest Gudjon (Thordarson) has been trying to get him to Notts County for the last three weeks and the answer was the same".
