    It appears to be part of an older motherboard as it looks like a couple of USB ot firewire ports (doubtful though the firewire) Earlier comps had a lot of parts on risers and were specific to that board alone, Its not got the fittings of a graphics card as it would leave the connector inside the computer pointing up. There are switches on the left so again ponts to part of a motherboard. and value is zilch nada nothing and nowt.
