Nardiello and attitude

When Nardiello first arrived he was under the trusty stewardship of Gudjon. During this time he performed well and became a cult hero.

Along comes Hart who clearly did not want him and and he consequently set about destroying the lads confidence. He cannot get in the side supposedly not match fit. Along comes Chopra, definitely not match fit, but selected ahead of Nardiello. Double standards methinks!

Since then I have not seen any evidence to suggest that Ritchie thinks any different to Hart (although he may publicly pontificate from time to time about Nardiello's attributes). Ritchie perseveres with Richards whose record to date is hardly impressive. Will he ever get dropped when its deserved - no I don't think so.

I do accept that Nardiello does not currently show the attitude that most would like to see, but I also believe that had he been dealt with fairly he would now be performing the way we expect from players in a red shirt and we would also be scoring goals.

Michael Boulding was another to suffer a similar experience at BFC.

Both managers can't be wrong his attitude to the game is suspect to say the least.

Believe the second manager had his mind set by the first - tis then difficult to shift. Gudjon did not appear to have problems. Cryne and Shepherd have recently commented about the 3 previous managers abilities to communicate. Gudjon comes out a easy to communicate with, Hart impossible and Ritchie somewhat difficult. I rest my case.

Sending off just been on Football League Review. I think he was unlucky with the first booking - the ref had just let clarke stay on the field for a definate booking (therefore 2nd yellow) so surely a warning would have sufficed. Having said that, 2nd yellow was plain daft.
