The reason he "never" gets first team football is because he's rubbish. He's not an enigma, he's just not very good. Lower leagues is his level at best.
Saw some great stuff from Nards unfortunately came in small doses and not very often. Thankfully for Barnsley he did turn it on, on a few important occasions.
