whether this is a signing by Davey or a signing by the board?
If it is a Davey signing it smacks of desperation that he should go back to a player who was here before he was and dump the few strikers he has brought in. Doesnt seem very Daveyish to me seeing how stubborn he has come across as before.
If it is the boards decision. They are possibly worried because it doesnt look like we are going to get those replacement players or the loaners back so they appease the fans with a crowd favourite?

I have my doubts and i think Nads has a lot to prove. if we can bring Macken back we might have a duo up front who can do something but if not i think there might be a few problems ahead.

Davey never wanted Nardiello to go in the first place. He was getting the best out of Danny and was visibly disappointed when Danny left - think it makes perfect sense that he'd bring him back in when he becomes available on loan/so cheaply. Both have the Wales connection - this is a Davey signing. Seriously doubt Shepherd was keen on bringing him back.

If he scores goals to steady things and get us moving upwards I dunt care , he is joining a better squad than the one he left and I suspect he will say he regret making the wrong decision in haste , or he was badly advised , blah blah , we all know it was for wonga , perhaps he now realises playing and not living it up in the Capital is more important , give him a chance to prove it.

Bang on. Nards was a lazy sod before SD took over, since then he had looked a different player. I remember them bigging each other up on a couple of occasions so they appeared to have a good relationship. I would reckon that SD is chuffed to bits to have him back.
