Daniel Nardiello will not be returning to Barnsley after dramatically and suprisingly turning his back on the club, Visit website for more !

&quot; At 11.00am this morning, Daniel's agent informed the Club that he was just passing Junction 23 on the M1 on his way to Oakwell but progress from the Midlands was slow because of the dreadful weather conditions although he expected to be at Oakwell early in the afternoon to sign.&quot;</p>

If it wasn't for that bloody rain, he would've signed.

It's like when Freddy Ljungberg got caught up in that Billingley snowstorm and took cover in the Arsenal board room.

    Do you really believe that

His car would have broken down or summat until he was certain what the QPR deal was

cant say I am very impressed by his behaviour but is it really so out of character. I think not, if I was to pick a player out of our first team last season to pull a stunt like that he would have been favourite

    Sarcasm sensor = OFF

I agree - I fully expected him to go. Don't give a toss to be honest.

As per the past five years-ish, we don't have a player that isn't expendable. No Ward/Glavin/Hignett-esque stars in the current squad.
