Yes he has and he is scoring when he plays. A strange decision so all I can think is that he has fallen out with Evans.
Apparently Evans slated his overall team contribution last week, off the back of it they've had a fall out. For me, if you have a striker that is scoring but not bringing much else, what's the problem?
I have spoke to Nards a few times over the last month or so and he says " Some manager rate you and some don't. One of those things, All I wanna do is play " Basically Evans doesn't get on with him if you ask me. Nards never slagged Evans off either which I thought was good. Top lad actually.
Definitely no need to apologise, Ponty, I know it can be difficult on a phone. I rarely use my phone to access the internet. That goal scoring ratio is excellent, and makes Nardiello's move all the more surprising.
Would imagine fans aren't happy. Whenever I hear Steve Evans, he sounds like a "my way or the highway" manager, with little, if any, man management skills? REDS fans know that Nards needs encouragement and motivating......then you get a goal scorer. I'm only going on listening his interviews, so he may be very different in reality.
Very odd, when he's been given the chance this season for Rotherham, he's usually scored. Bit like for us under Paul Hart.
Rotherham fan mate says Nards is there best player. Mate at work is one of nards good mates as he had known him since nursery. He reckons it more to do with his missus giving birth not long ago and traveling is taking it's toll on him. Bury, is local to where he lives.
