Now i may be dreaming it, but did Richie say in interviews that he was likely to start yesterday.

If so, very poor man management imho.

    I'm glad he didn't play

Sounded like the team performance was utter crap. Had Nardiello played he would have been the scapegoat.

    Sadly, that's very true.

I don't think saying things like that to the press and then not playing him are going to do wonders for his already seemingly shattered confidence.

Shattered confidence? he gives the distinct impression that he doesnt give a ****,from warming up to comeing on as sub or starting, complete indifference to playing for us

in my opinion Nardiello should leave oakwell for the good of his own career as he is never going to be given a fair crack of the wip. he has had his fair share of injuries but he would certainly get us goals. i agree his attitude sometimes doesnt look spot on, but if your never given a chance what can you do. if he does leave us i feel sure he'll be a hit somewhere else and he'll be another we regret letting go. As for those who booed him when he came on in the last home game are a disgrace, what is that ever going to achieve.

Think that i'd show complete indifference warming up if Richards was started before me. As for during the game, he usually comes on with 10/15mins to go when our pillocks just hoof long balls up front for the oppositions 6ft 6 defenders to head away.

    Exactly...

And while he tries to win headers...the Ring O' Bells best ever player huffs and puffs
