When he arrived at oakwell he looked the most natural goal scorer we had seen for years. He obviously has natural goalscoring ability but like most good finishers he needs to be playing to build up confidence and fitness. Richards, Wright, Hayes are NOT natural finishers, they may hustle and bustle their way through games but Richards in particular misses chance after chance every week which is costing us dearly.Nardiello needs a decent run in the team up until Christmas and if Ritchie still doesn't rate him then get rid. He is too good to be sat on the bench every week and it frustrates me to death. Forget all this "he doesn't work hard enough" clap trap he does SCORE GOALS.His contribution to our promotion success proves this.
hmmm i was annoyed last night after the result and i said nardiello was *****. i take that back now and i agree he needs to be given a real chance alongside richards or hayes. BUT i dont think he is the saviour that many people here believe him to be.
agree totally there is no reason at all why he shouldnt get a run now and no reason why he shouldnt start on sat
Total cack on a stick. "Give him a run while Christmas"? Oh aye. If he made it through the Leeds match without his spleen rupturing I'd be amazed. I've no problem with a proven goalscorer being a bit lazy or selfish. The problem is ... Nardy isn't a proven goalscorer & his body is made from candyfloss.
RE: No candy floss has some spine He's made from lime flavoured jelly. And he runs like a homosensual. If I was a ginger bird - I would though. Probably in a York Hotel room, or summat.
I watched Nardiello play 90mins football on 11th Oct against Leeds reserves . He scored one and made two and certainly looked reasonably fit to me. Ritchie invents excuses for not playing him like "he might manage 20 mins" or "we could possibly get 60 min out of him". This is absolute drivel the bloke has been available for best part of a month. Richie does not like the fact that the crowd sing his name and thus try to influence his thinking. Even his sidekick Holden has commented about how he thought Nardiello should have been given more time on the park.My mate who is a Plymouth fan was gobsmacked the other week that he was kept out of the side by others who he described as lacking his vision and movement. Anyway let us know nothing fans keep hoping and praying that things might change and that Ritchies comments about giving everyone a chance really means everyone.
Source. It took 600 limes to make Nardys spacky legs. He looks like he spends significant time in the Executive Box to me. Not the Ladies entrance either.
Mmm. A Plymouth fan knows more about Nardy than Ritchie? Maybe we should ask a fan of Boca Juniors if we should play Healey or not? Or possibly a Maccabi Haifa fan's views on Nicky Wroe? You're doing well though. Only 2 posts & both are full of *****. Nice work.
RE: Mmm. My mate who has seen some football in his 30 years of coaching lives in Wakefield and watched half a dozen Barnsley matches last season including the play off matches. It is amazing though how he picked up something which several thousand other Barnsley fans seem to think. Don't you have an opinion about players you have seen at other clubs this season? without having to watch them every week?
Yes. I thought Kevin Donovan was awesome against us. We signed him. He was the worst player on the planet. I tend to think the decisions that matter should be left to the people who are paid to make them. Your opinion, and that of your bum friend, are equally relevent. But I think I'll trust the bloke who sees the players train every day (playing head tennis & messing about, apparently).
York Marriott ? Short back and sides, in the bathroom ? jumpers for goalpoasts, anal love beads as corner flags ?
I once rode Penny Farthings Round the back of Japanese Whispers. She never took her knickers off, just edged them to one side. Class.
