Why is it whenever we get linked with any fecking player in world just about everyone on this board says he's either '*****' or 'past it' or 'not good enough' for us. Why oh why for Christ sake can't people try and find something positive and upbeat to say?? It's getting behond a joke all this ***** now, I at least thought that until a ball was kicked again there might be some light hearted banter but all I see every day is, 'he's crap' and 'he ent no money' and 'the don this and the don that' 1 word for most of you BORING Get a grip of your sad dull life's!
I'm with you mate There's a cancer on this board. I'm all for people having their opinions but I think some people don't realise how depressing they are. Its so constant now that its just a matter of time before they effectively kill this board.

But, back to your point - we were linked with Norwood and Greer, and whilst we always knew they were unlikely to come here, there wasn't a bad word said about them as players. But, if we are seriously bidding 100k for the captain of Brighton then yes, The Don deserves the stick he gets. The likes of Ranger, Webber, Nouble, Etuhu etc, are hardly players to get the fans enthused are they? Wheras, again, with Carayol, most of us would welcome that kind of move. So this percieved negativity is a myth. My contributions to this board are dependent on my mood, and whatever messages are coming out of the club, and at present my mood in general is great, but the ACTUAL negativity stems from the club, hence similar posts from many many folk on this ere board. IMO of course.
Negativity regarding the negativity. Tis a cancer. And just as boring as the original negativity, more so even as the original negativity is at least an opinion rather than just bairning about somebody elses opinion. Good grief.
Positivity from all at the club would breed positivity on here, well it would with me anyhow. All i hear from jokewell these days is its a massive achievement to stay up and we are punching above our weight, etc, etc, etc. We all know we cannot compete financially with the so-called massive clubs in the championship but on any given day, if the players believe they can compete, and this belief should come from the management, we can comfortably hold our own in a league that we have spent more time in than any other club in the country. **** me, we were nailed on favourites to go down in our promotion season to the prem! all this widening the gap ballaxs is just that, ballax! there were teams amongst us then such as wolves who had far more cash to buy better players. This is just an excuse for below par effort on the field..does not wash with me im afraid. Messers Hill and Flitcroft need to instill this belief in their team for this season or need to go imho. I saw very little belief since January to make me believe this will be the case mind, we will see.....................
