Positivity can only be attained by pointing out the negatives of our season so far of which there are plenty, we are lucky in the fact that only 3 points seperate us from a top two spot, now, we have become a long ball team because our strikers are big lads, fair enough, that obviously aint working, thats a negative, I would contend that any manager worth his salt would therefore try another approach i.e. play Richards and Nardiello, in my opinion, the only real way of doubling our threat to defences, with chances being provided from wide play and through the midfield channels, this I would see as a positive move, the likes of Mcphail and Howard must look at the likes of Kay and Carbon hoofing out of defence skyward time after time, and think why the hell am I here, very rarely does the ball find a midfielder via the boot of our defenders thus giving them a chance to create forward moves. It is apparent to all and sundry the departure of Burns has had a profound effect upon our performances, was he replaced, no, that lack of action in the transfer/loan market smacks of negativity from the club not the supporters.
