    if i was colchester fan i would be slightly worried.

    Best player leaving, manager gone.

    Can't really imagine who they're going to appoint to replace Parkinson, all seems extremely dodgey to me

    For it to appear to be crumbling before pre-season training has even started.

    Has there other star player left too? Halford was it? Thought he'd signed for Norwich?

    Colchester and Southend

    they get promoted and before they know it, their managers have gone to other clubs in the same division . Then to make matters worse, theyre best players get snapped up by other clubs in the division and they dont have the facilities, fanbase to attract enough quality to replace.
    Bet they wish they were back in league 1
