    the reason my dad has him at number two behind Glavin, is that Glavin was a class player in a worse team.

    Obviously, the only ones qualified to compare Redfearn to Glavin are those who saw them both. Which narrows it down a bit. Redfearn was a fine player and so was Hignett. But Ronnie Glavin was incomparable, and would have walked into any Barnsley team past or present.
