    Forget his Blunt links
Proven manager at lower league level
On his way out at Palace - about to be replaced by Pardew.
He motivates his teams and more importantly they play with passion
Just what we need a team with a spine who are proud to play for us

I would love warnock to manage us because...

    1. Hes brutally honest
    2. He can motivate average players to perform well
    3. He isnt scared of upsetting anyone and will say how it is
    4. Hes proven at this level its something we really need

Thought the Bassett era is a prime example of short term thinking

Replaced the likes of de Zeeuw with Chettle, Tuttle, Thomas. Completey masked by Hignett's goals that season.
