From SSN Twitter and Rob Staton on Twitter Neil Warnock has parted company with Queens Park Rangers. #qpr more on http://skysports.com... BREAKING: Neil Warnock fired by QPR. Statement at 7.30pm”>>oh wow Former #sufc manager Neil Warnock has been sacked by QPR.
Not a popular view but i like Warnock. Good manager, good value for a comment and annoying if he isn't your manager Mark Hughes replacement? You're having a laugh.
IMO it looks like they don't trust him to buy the players to keep him up. They are looking to spend big apparently. Can see a name going in there to manage them. Zola maybe?
Would you trust him when he's wanting 2 centre halfs, 1 of which is at a team bottom of the league, and the other can't get a game in front of David Luiz. Oh and he signed Bothroyd, Barton and DJ Campbell
Further evidence that Football is not the game we were brought up to love Now (in the top divisions at least) its a multimillionaires plaything - if you arent winning trophies every season you are chopped - trouble is there arent many tropies to go round so no matter how much money is thrown some people wont win QPR now joined my list of sides I want to see relegated
TBH I think Warnock is a good Manager but he should be doing better with the Squad QPR have got, they have best squad out of 3 who went up and they are lowest out of them. I wouldnt have sacked him if i wa owner but he should have been doing a better Job
Was always going to happen. The owners wanted him for his ability to get sides promoted, but that was it. They'll have a glamour name all lined up and ready.
Owners have changed, have they not? The F1 Mob were happy to go with Warnock, but this Tony Ferrino apparently thinks there's something better out there. Warnock is a fine manager and a true character. If we ever get a serious owner/Board I hope we go for somebody like him, rather than hiring a set of chancers to do the job on the cheap.
yes I believe the ownership structure has changed since Warnock first went there, think they have just been waiting for an excuse to get their own man in, very similar to the Mark Hughes Man City situation
Nope - I've said before, I think the guy is doing a good job. But I think he's out of his depth, mind you. I think its a matter of time before the forces of gravity dictate that our present way of operating will suck us in to League One. Probably not this season, but sooner or later.
