It's a really good read!! I enjoyed the 'quick questions' QUICK QUESTIONS Best side faced: Leicester. I was watching the highlights today and they must have had 14 shots on goal and that was as busy as I have been. They are very strong, they are fit and they have got a great desire to get into the Premier League, which is something everybody in this league is trying to do. Fair play to them, especially the way they came out of it last year. Player of the Year so far: I think I'd have to say Chris O'Grady. He signed permanently in the summer. He had a good season last year and has carried that on this season. He's got over 10 goals in the league and, for a team that it is in the bottom three, that isn't too bad. Although that doesn't sound anything like your McCormacks and Ings, it definitely is for being in the bottom three. I think in the summer a lot of clubs are going to be after him. Best characters in the dressing room: Frimpong is probably the most interesting character I have seen in a long while! He definitely livens up the dressing room. He's great to have around, especially being young and very energetic. I would also have to say Jim O'Brien. He's been here for a few years - the mad Scotsman! He is definitely still a character. He's had a great season as well and I think a few clubs will be after him this summer. The gaffer: The gaffer has brought in a football philosophy. He's a much calmer manager than I've had in quite a few years. He reminds me a bit of Mark Robins in his approach and he likes to play good football. He likes characters, he likes people who are going to play and get their foot on the ball whether it is wind, rain or snow. That's what I like in a manager, and he's certainly got the best out of certain individuals. Hopefully he can help us kick on this year and next.
Brilliant interview. Really enjoyed it thanks for that. Reading it on the long journey back home after a greet day. I love how Luke sticks the knife into Hill and Flitcroft in his lovely gentlemanly manner. You can almost gear the sigh of relief now he had an experienced championship manager guiding him again.
