    Respect for referees

    All D'urso has to do is follow on from Gallagher and admit he got it wrong. I would have much more respect for him if he did that. And then the FA can act.

    Regarding the point about not refereeing after the game - thats fair enough for offsides , penalties and even goals given or not given - but for violent conduct - surely thats a different matter all together.

    To absolve a player of any action for a violent assault because the referee makes a mistake is just wrong shouldnt even be a point for discussion
