Laid in bed all night watching that ball set off in the direction of the corner flag, then, as the air resistance and spin took effect, it began to slowly, almost imperceptibly change direction, brushing past the forlorn attempts at a defensive wall lined up on the wrong trajectory, gathering speed with every metre, describing a graceful arc as it homed in unstoppably on the target, where the waiting goal keeper was beginning to shake in fearful anticipation of what he knew was just about to happen.

An then it hit the back of the net.

    Also, report from their site

"Young winger Werling looked to be living in a fantasy world when he lined up to shoot from a 30 yard free-kick. Fantasy quickly turned to reality as his vicious strike found a way through the melee and past Larrieu, despite Le 'Keeper getting a big hand on the ball. Larrieu was beaten more by the extravagant swerve than the power of the shot
