Assuming we get relegated, of course. How many new grounds for you? Possibly 14 for me depending on other promotions relegation a, + possibly another 2 from JPT/F.A Cup 1st round. Can't believe I've never been to Boundary Park... springvale red - Carlisle not looking good, is it?
No Brunton Park not looking good, or Shrewsbury and Stevenage got a few in Gillingham, Colchesters new ground, and Crawley
Only certainty if we drop are: Crawley and Gillingham for me. Then maybe Carlisle, Notts County, Coventry (Northampton), new Colchester, Burton/Fleetwood We will stop up anyway so just Brentford for me unless Orient come up too.
Yes Fleetwood or Burton for me to go up, New Chesterfield ground as well, only played a friendly there
Just Sunderland for me! If we go down it's Port Vale and Crawley, with maybe Fleetwood and Rochdale (planned to get back from a week in Edinburgh the night before the Rochdale cup match last season...until the buggers brought it forward 3 days!). Was hoping Shrewsbury and Stevenage would stay up. Hopefully Crawley will be on a Bank Holiday weekend, so we can have a jolly in Brighton. And hopefully Port Vale will be in the Autumn, because when you're getting the **** kicked out of you it's nice to have some leaves to lie on. If we do go down I should manage to push past 80 of the 92, particularly if relegation/promotion between League Two and the conference is going to be as kind as it looks (I'm hoping for Exeter to join Torquay and Grimsby or Wrexham to join Rootin Tootin Luton). Another few years and I'll be making the special journeys to a couple of games I have no interest in to complete the set.
if we do get relegated - and we arent down yet new grounds for me that I would plan to go to are Orient ( if they dont go up) Crawley Gillingham Colchester (new ground) Stevenage are going down so I will miss the chance to go there
If we suffer the drop I'll miss out on several: Watford Millwall Charlton Brentford (assuming they go up) Reading Brighton Really disappointed at how we seem to have been set up in games with the aim of "not to lose" rather than going for the win. Almost all too late now of course, unless there's a massive transformation in the final two games.
Did the pub league in slummy grounds before. Don't find it appealing at all to go away. Hard decision to get a season ticket after having one since I was 7. No interest in paying to watch the football we play under Wilson. It's not entertaining and I'd turn off if was on TV. Like mentioned above, really frustrated with the not having a go scared football. So no point me paying for a ticket to not want to go. But I've been to a lot of the grounds over the years. Love an away day but not doing league 1 again. I probably will, though haha.
Haha one of my good mates from uni used to quietly run with Vales firm when he was younger. Since heard a lot of stories from him. Good lad but in with the wrong crowd with been the youngest of the group. But now lives in Sheffield since uni away from it all. Think what stopped him really was been named one of the top 50 in a local stoke paper. Pointless story over.
