New Home Shirt Fault

    Anyone else noticed on Lotto logo thats stitched onto side of shirt it says 'Offical Merchandise' instead of Official? (doh)
    Just someone told me about it last night, checked mine this morning n its true. Wonder what the club will do??

    it's a comedy error though. If you ever needed proof of something being officially from BFC, a spelling error will do it.

    It is poor, but in BFC's defence the mistake lies entirely at the door of the kit manufacturer.

    I would suspect BFC had to sign off artwork on it before it went into production. That's what normally happens anyway. They may well have signed off a sample.

    I don't know how it works to be honest, but I would have thought the club would have just approved the design of the shirt. I'm sure they were more than happy with letting Lotto get on with the minutiae of the spelling on the badges. But like I say, I don't know how it works and they may have to sign off on every little detail.

    Agreed, they probably didn't even see the lotto badge to sign off. I thought it was the 'Official BFC Merchandise' thing that had the error.

    I still find it funny though, but I'm not blaming the club.

    but surely someone unpacking them might have noticed, or they have and are keeping quiet.

    Anyway new ones might be changed, then when we get promoted the ones with the error on will be worth a fortune in years to come.................sorry the pils are wearing off!

    If that's the case...

    Then i'm glad i waited till the Away shirt comes out, not too keen on the Home shirt; too similar to last season's in my opinion.

    That's a stupid error if it is true.

    Abit blurry but can see an 'I' to the left of the 'C' but no 'I' to the right of it!

    So it must be true - Offical, brilliant BFC (N).

    trust me, it does read "offical"
    lottos fault, cant lay blame to bfc, and to read peoples "txt spk" these days, its bloody typical of society today

    Yes most of the blame should be put on 'Lotto' but BFC should check the shirts over properly before they release them?

    Davey's never got his eyes open half the time so maybe it was him who checked them over, wouldn't surprise me :D.
