Anyone been in for some grub? Whats it like? Good value? Nice snap? Is there an upstairs in use like when Orchard, upstairs was eating place.
No idea Went on Friday lunchtime and there was an 80 (EIGHTY) minute wait for food so I just had a liquid lunch. But it's standard Wetherspoons grub anyway. There is an upstairs bar - if you are seated upstairs then you have to order the food upstairs apparently as they are on seperate till systems!
Lost it in there on Sunday night. Two retarded bar staff on and twenty people waiting to be served. The ****** just kept serving the first person his eyes fell on, usually the one who'd just filled the space vacated by his previous customer.
I think he got the message.

Cheers ES Thats probably as much info as I needed. So you can eat upstairs OR downstairs? But you just have to order at the same level you plan to eat?
RE: Cheers ES Yep - that's what the barman said - people were still ordering food having been told of te wait! Usual routine - find a free table and then you tell them your table number when you order the food.
RE: Cheers ES Gonna give it a try tonight for tea. Any good, cheap lager on there mate?
Or anyone else for that matter, care to add any details? Cheers.
