New manager Poll - You can now change your Vote if required

As opinions change and new managers emerge as possibility's im sure some members votes may no longer represent their current preference.

So to keep the Poll as up to date as possible I have added the ability to change your vote.

At the top of the Poll where it says you have already voted, click the unvote link and then cast your vote again for your new preference.
