20 odd minutes dissecting the match last night and other BFC related stuff. The last episode with the title of Not a Podcast because some genius/twwat has already used the same name for an actual podcast. Took me a year to find out but aye, I need a new name for it. Whitey Chats **** is current favourite. Enjoy/ignore.
Top stuff, must admit I have ignored them in the past but enjoyed my cherry popping so I'll be listening to your next podcast. How about Whitey's *** Brek for your new title?!
White on Red. That's what I'm going with. White because it's both my name and we wear it on our red shirts, and I'll be talking about the reds. So 'White on Red'. Because you really needed me to explain that. Probably not. Typical me though. Got about 30 suggestions off folk and went with my own. Although I did like the White Noise suggestion from a chap on twitter.
The point of having sponsors on the supporters replica top is pretty much the same reason the players wear them. You see a Hull City fan walking down the street and your eye is instantly drawn to the cash converters symbol on the front, so that company gets in your mind. You then might think 'oh I have that old phone I could do with selling' and then give cash converters your business. Basically football fans are moving advertising boards. Personally it doesn't bother me unless its a company that I don't agree with.
Naew. I can't say I've ever bought Crown Paints despite them advertising their wares on Liverpool shirts for years. Never bought anything from Candy or Sharp either. I haven't flown with Emirates, I don't get loans from Wonga and even though I've been to Flamingo Land it was well before Hull City had their name on their shirts. I do though order snap via Just Eat. Because we get a discount what with him laiking for Derby. Appreciate you listened to the episode though, nice one pal.
